Clip ‘n Climb
This is a great place to let your kids jump around and climb walls in a safe and exciting environment. Each wall, which has different textures and surfaces, is created with different levels of difficulty so climbers can use their strength and skills. The setup is colourful and inviting, and the experience really puts your physical strengths to use while still being fun. Their simple harness system allows the kids to climb alone safely, but there are instructors on site if assistance is needed. Sports de Combats – Nerf Battle Party
This is a perfect place for an epic Nerf battle. You get 1 hour of a Nerf battle in an arena of inflatable obstacles, and 1 hour in a party room. There are different prices depending on how many players are included, starting at $280 for 10 players (the birthday guest plays for free!) You have access to more than 200 Nerf blasters, and protective glasses and vests are provided. It’s a fun and friendly competition and a great workout in one! Ceramic Café-Studio
This birthday party choice allows kids (and the parents) to get artistic. The Ceramic Café-studio allows you to paint and personalize unique ceramics with your creativity and skills. The basic party package is 1 hour and 30 minutes, and includes a ceramic painting of a figurine from Category A (shown on website), a birthday plate for the birthday guest, a gift candy box for each child, a decorated table, time to unwrap gifts, and a visit of the kiln room for $25 per person. You can add to your package for an additional cost, such as a meal, bringing your own cake, or choosing from a different category of ceramics. Oasis Surf
This is a cool and unique birthday option where you can learn to surf indoors. Here you will use real boards and kids will be given the opportunity to surf as in they were in the ocean. The waves are between 2 and 6 feet, and children as young as 4 years old can start to learn. You don’t need any type of experience, so kids don’t have to shy or scared to try it out! Sportira Cage
For a more sports-related birthday activity, this is a great option. Sportira Cage is an indoor sports complex where you can play soccer, basketball, dodgeball, and ball hockey. There are 5 packages offered, the most basic one including 2 regular courts for 3 hours for up to 25 kids and adults. The cost is $225 and $5 for additional guests (max. 30). The most expensive package gives you the entire facility for 3 hours for up to 70 kids and adults for $575. You can choose between 10 AM – 1 PM, or 2 PM – 5 PM. To ensure extra safety, you can get a monitor to watch the kids for an additional $50. The 3-hour block includes playing sports and eating. Montreal Museum of Fine Arts
Did you know that you could have your kids’ birthday at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts? They offer 3 birthday workshops to choose from so your child and friends can have a memorable and imaginative birthday. The first workshop, In the Mind of an Artist, allows children to look at modern works of art and then try the technique of Spin art. The second workshop, Young Creators, includes short creative exercises in front of artworks, then a workshop on easel painting. The last workshop, Artistic Treasure Hunt, allows children to discover the treasures of the museum with clues. They will then go on to sculpt a clay model. The tour and workshop of your choice take about 2 hours with a museum educator. There is also a 30-minute birthday cake break under parent supervision. The museum provides the cake, plates, and utensils, and each child gets a fruit juice. The birthday guest also gets a bouquet of balloons! The cost is $275 for a maximum of 10 children.
