A long time ago, the dream of two brothers was born here in Montreal. It was at the end of the 19th century, when the only entertainment at home was the piano that they wanted to become the first business offering something different, they called it "Layton Bros".

Since 1887, the Layton name has been associated with the enjoyment of music in the home.

It was the beginning of a great adventure which in the 1950s, while pianos gave way to the first audio components, Layton became Layton Audio, the place to acquire your first audio type system.

Since then, Layton Audio has presented itself as the place of choice to make these electronic entertainment dreams come true. For us it's a question of tradition.
